  • 1 large Onion
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Ginger
  • 3 whole Cloves
  • 1 cup Fresh Basil
  • 1 cup Fresh Mint
  • 2 whole Lime
  • 8 oz Tofu
  • to taste Sea Salt
