- 1 cup Fresh herbs (basil, cilantro)

- 2 tbsp Fresh Ginger
- 3 whole Cloves
- 1 cup Fresh Basil
- 1 cup Fresh Mint
- 2 whole Lime
- 8 oz Tofu
- to taste Sea Salt
